Accommodation

If you don’t want to bother with the research, we have a whole variety of accommodation affiliated with our school, which have been carefully selected and are of a high quality.

Quality guarantee

All the accommodation we offer is checked and assessed regularly based on the following criteria:

• General conditions of the apartment
• Functionality of the systems (hot water, heating etc.)
• Cleanliness

For host family accommodation, we also assess the friendliness and hospitality of the family and the variety, quantity and quality of the meals.

Some examples of our accommodation in Florence

Two weeks before the start of the course students will receive photos of the accommodation (if available) and a written description, as well as a list of available facilities.

Host family

This type of accommodation is well suited to anyone who wishes to make Italian friends and gain a closer insight into the Italian lifestyle.

Some room examples of our host families

Our host families are composed of couples of all ages – with or without children, separated parents and single people: sometimes elderly landladies become grandmothers for our students!

You can try homemade food by real Italian families and thanks to this friendly and welcoming atmosphere, your Italian will notably improve.

Their homes are all located close to the centre of Florence and are easily accessible by foor or public transport.

Details

• Double rooms only available for people traveling together, prices for double rooms are per person
• Arrival on Sunday, departure on Saturday. Extra nights on request.
• Use of the kitchen is not allowed

The price includes: Utility fees (electricity, gas, water) • Cleaning before arrival and after departure • Set of bed linen and towels • Washing machine (one load each week) • Wifi access

Shared apartment

If you wish to stay with other students, in an international atmosphere, this option is perfect, allowing you to meet other people but also have your own space.

Some examples of our shared accommodation

The shared apartments are usually composed of 2 – 4 bedrooms, and in some cases you can share the apartment itself with the landlord/lady (usually students or workers).

Available options:

• Single or double bedroom (Double room only available for people traveling together)

Details

• The apartments are located approximately between a 10 and 35/40 minute walking distance from the school
• Double rooms are only available for 2 people traveling together, prices for double rooms are per person
• Arrival on Sunday, departure on Saturday. Extra nights on request
• In some cases, students may be asked to pay a security deposit on arrival. If there are no damages, the security deposit will be returned in full on departure.
• Mixed gender apartments

The prices include: Utility fees (electricity, gas, water) • Cleaning before arrival and after departure • Set of bed linen and towels  • Wifi access • Use of kitchen

Independent apartment

If you prefer to be independent and live in comfort, this is the perfect option for you.

Some examples of our private apartment in Florence

There are available studios and two-room apartments (usually consisting of a bedroom for 2 people, a living room/kitchenette, bathroom). The apartments are mostly situated in the city center of Florence with all the necessary features for a comfortable stay.
