Course description
Traditional dishes are fundamental in every culture, but in Italy, the national cuisine is the only real passport!
When we sit around a table life becomes less frantic, people come together and let themselves go: that’s what they call “the Italian lifestyle”.
In this combination of Italian language and cooking lessons, you will not only learn how to cook delicious pasta but even how to choose the perfect ingredients for your secondi di verdure, di carne o di pesce.
When you go back to your country, you’ll astonish your friends back home with a homemade Italian menu.

I’ve been doing an Italian Language and Cooking Holiday with Europass and have been so satisfied with my experience so far! I can see so much improvement in my language skills in just two weeks. I’ve also really loved taking advantage of some of the guided tours they offer around the city of Florence- the guides are so knowledgeable and speak slowly enough for me to understand a good amount. I’d highly recommend Europass!

I’ve started a standard Italian language course made up of 20 lessons/per week of Italian language lessons and I love the experience. The school is in a central area of the city, and, besides the language courses, they offer various kinds of extra activities like cooking courses, visits, or guided walks. Absolutely amazing place and amazing staff. It’s a Must.

I’ve completed my first week, out of 2, at Europass and I can’t wait to start my next week. All the teachers are amazing and I have learned so much already. The classes are small and really give you the opportunity to ask any questions and to be pushed to your potential.
